Forgotten Words

Well my parents are out of town and Andrews still on the way home from dinner with his family so I'm bored enough to write another post this summer! Honestly though, this summer has been a lot more of a blast then I thought it would be. I think I said that last summer too, but I think I like this summer even more. So much has gone on:

-Everything's legit back at Old Navy and I got a raise!
-Ticket To Ride has kept the bored game train alive (lol)
-Andrews gotten a few of us back into Guild Wars and I got 2 new expansions for 10 bucks, we also play Lost Planet 2
-Lori got me into a $5 DS game called Elebits and brought Monkey Majik back onto the scene (although my favorite song to sing along with of all the songs she's showed me is this one.)
-Jessica visited me at Herndon and we went all around town and into DC
-Nintendo's E3 has prepared me to put aside 300 bucks (hah, sorry beach trip)
-We tried the new Chic-fel-a spicy chicken sandwich... and I wouldn't get it again... too hot xD

And that's all I can remember for now. But the reason this post is called "Forgotten Words" is because sometime back in July 2009, I decided to attempt to rap a song. I found all the lyrics I wrote and after reading them I'm glad I didn't go through with it. Maybe I should just stick to another singing project this summer! Anyways before I put up my uhh... EMBARRASSING lyrics, let me tell you a little about the song. The beat is from a song called "Wanna get to know ya" by G-Unit and has it's own built in chorus that says "I wanna be your lover, etc ,etc." So I made 3 verses into the 3 scenarios of trying to get to know you: me at school, me out of school, and me at a frat party. Enjoy, but try hard not to laugh at me ok? XD And here's the beat. (Sorry theres no cuts like in facebook so this is a really long post)

The Return

I can't believe it... I'm back in Herndon. I've abandoned this blog for so long but I'm going to write in it again anyway. I always usually come back dreading the summer because I always have such a good time at college and I do not want to work. I'm gonna miss(some of these only happened a few times but it sounds badass in a list)the girlfriend, the football games, the drinking, my college buddies, the Poker, the sex, the video games, and the good grades. Hell, I even miss my classes a little bit. The things I wont miss are: my formspring account, constantly smelling my friends cigarette smoke, and my biology class. But I am gonna try and be really optimistic about this summer. I got my job back, we got the annual VA beach trip in August, and Jessica is even gonna visit Herndon for the first time. I'm trying to go all out this summer so you guys better make it happen! (kidding) It will be interesting to see if anyone's changed. I can't wait to see all my friends up in Herndon for a while and I can't wait to go back!

Back from the Dead

I'm bring my blog back from the dead and I'm feeling on top of the world! Well, I say I'm bringing it back, but I'll probably just forget about it again until something really interesting happens or if I'm not lazy to type something so long. Anyways, things have been great. I got everything I wanted for Christmas and had fun ringing in the new years with my friends. I'm so pressed on the Nintendo DSi I got I can't even tell you.

Mostly though, I've just been working, sleeping, and playing DS. Which is fine with me. I find college is more fun when you have a lot of money so that's basically my primary objective when I come back for Christmas break. I've gotten so many new friends lately, and I also seem to be doing a good job at turning off girls that like me. Which is fine because I already have a great one. And I guess I've always had this "if you don't like me - forget you", philosophy about life. But I can't wait to go back because Jessica got me Mario Party DS AND Super Mario 64 DS for Christmas! So excited to play those, and it should go nicely with the GTA: Chinatown Wars and Mario Kart DS I already have. So in return I got her a really nice purse/handbag that I can't wait to show her.

I hope everyone had a great new years and I'm sorry that my life has continued to get more boring and real adult as I get older(aside from playing on a handheld for kids). But I promise to keep this up more, even if all I ever do is go to class or go to work. :P Catch you on the flip side,

Fast Forward

Damn, so much has been going on lately. It's hard to keep up!

First off, I need to get my tires fixed if I'm trying to come up in a few weekends. I'll be in Herndon the 13th-15th to see a football game on Sunday, then I'll be back again the Wednesday after that for Thanksgiving.

School has been good, I got my progress report grades and I have A's in 4 of my classes but... something else in my math class. xD

I won the schools homecoming Poker tournament which was so much fun. After like 70people, 3 hours, and 100+ hands, I finally won! I got a bunch stuff: A ODU water bottle, an ODU umbrella, a ODU football tshirt, a ODU homecoming tshirt, 2 free tickets to the homecoming concert, a poker set, and a black table and chairs.

I went to the doctors with a painful spot on my chest. Turns out I had a Cyst, but with the medicine it mostly went away so it looks like I won't have to cut it off.

Jessica and I went to the Zoo today and we got an awesome close view of the Lion. I wish she could come with me to the homecoming concert tomorrow night but shes working. :/ I'm sure it will be fun with my friend Jen but it's not the same!

I like Twitter a lot. It's also gotten me into Facebook again a little bit too. I really like the fact that just the legit people have Twitter.

Finally, if you haven't already heard, the monopoly game was a total fail. I never want to try it again, and to be honest, the Jewishness(no offence j9) of the Monopoly game + the ridiculous late night menu have disgusted me with McDonalds. $1 Double Cheeseburger at BK you officially win! I seriously can't wait to be free the awful meal plan at ODU next year, where everything closes at 8, so I can start getting my own stuff and eating healthy. xD

Missing Link

Ahh so my 21st bday weekend is over. It wasn't as nearly as exciting as I expected, but I'm quite fine with that. My roommates older brother had some friends visit, and I was supposed to go to the bar with them, but I ditched to just hang with my friends. I actually don't really have a desire to go. All in all though, buying alcohol for the first time was extremely gratifying and I had a lot of fun.

My van is done again by the way. After singing at Andrews house, I packed up my things and left, only to have my front right tire blow out an hour away from the school. Then, to make things worse, my roommate had to drive and hour out and help me fix it because my jack was broken. He slowly escorted me on the flat tire back to ODU. After like 20minutes of going 60mph on the spare, it felt like it could break down any minute so it was really scary... but I made it back ok. The Van's just chillin in the parking lot for now.

Finally... am I on the outs with some of the Crew? I mean I don't have a link with all you guys because I don't have a PS3 but I thought we were still cool. But then again I feel like I haven't spoken to Dan or Lori in months, and I don't know if its ok to call them or hit them up on facebook anymore because its been so long. Maybe I did something? But either way I was just really sad when I didn't even get a happy birthday from Dan Lori Kit or Joe. :(

Twenty-one

Wow... I'm going to be 21 in less then a week. Finally I will be magically mature and won't have to deal with the po-lease! It makes me feel really old though. I'm excited to check out the bar scene, but I don't think I'd like it that much and it's probably better that I don't. xD
I really don't think being 21 will change much for me as lame as that sounds. But woooo 21! Lol.

Me and 2 of my friends are also trying something crazy. We want to get mcdonalds a bunch of nights a week and collect the monopoly pieces! You can also play online by entering the codes on the pieces, each one giving you a roll on the board to try and collect a monopoly there too. Were basically riding on winning at least 200 bucks to get back what we spent. Hopefully it will pay off! The 3 of us have collected just over 30 pieces in the last 3 days.

Monopoly and I'm gonna be 21? I think it's time to be a highroller again.

Long Time Coming

Wow my blog. Haha it probably thought I wasn't coming back! I feel really bad because I had so many stories I wanted to share including how awesome working at Old Navy was, and my move in at ODU but they are out of my head now. I hope everyone is having fun at college! I was worried when I first got here because it hit me that it might not be as awesome as I was building it up to be over the summer, but it has been awesome. I'm really excited for some of you guys coming down to ODU so I can show how we do it around here!

My van is dead for right now, which sucks. The battery has been wack and I've had to jump start it 4 times this week! But I drove to Jessica's last night and it died and wouldn't even jump start so she had to drive me back and the van is just chillin dead at her place.

I am almost 100% done with facebook. I look at it a lot but I'm just way to lazy to write people back and keep up with peoples birthdays and stuff. I might try a test where I get rid of my wall completely so not to many people will write me and if they do it will have to be by private message. And although I hate to say it I might test out twitter as well. Its starting to look like facebook without the hassle!

Finally, I love my new phone. I'm not very materialistic but for some reason I always need a ballin cell phone. I do whatever I can to use it cause its sweet just looking at it, and Jessica surprised me with a 8GB mini SD card for it and so it has completely replaced my ipod since then so I'm back to being apple product free! :)
The camera is also awesome and I snapped a picture of my van at exactly 150000 miles. I'll have to add it later though because I actually typed this whole blog post with my phone while waiting outside of my 2 o' clock class.

Anyways, I'm sorry I have been extremely lacking with my online activity but I miss all you guys a lot and I hope you're having a great time now that we're back!
